You own your photos
The portraits you upload remain yours. The photos we generate from them are yours too — print them, share them, frame them. We don't claim a license over anything you put in.
Don't upload what isn't yours
Only upload portraits of yourself, family, or people who've given you permission. Don't upload illegal content, content of public figures without consent, or anything sexual involving minors. We auto-screen uploads and reject anything that trips the filter.
What you pay for
$9 buys one Studio Pack: 6 finished photos in 3 styles you choose, plus one free re-roll. Photos are delivered within minutes and remain downloadable for 7 days.
Refunds
If a generation fails on our end, we refund. If you don't love a result, use the free re-roll first. After that, refunds are case-by-case — email support@kinblend.com with your order ID.
AI is not perfect
Generated photos can include artifacts, slightly off likenesses, or unexpected details. We do our best to compose accurate group portraits, but we can't guarantee photo-real perfection — the same way a portrait painter can't.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for anything related to KinBlend is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Use of the service is at your own risk; we provide no warranties beyond what's required by law.
