What we collect
Email addresses (so we can send your photos), the portraits you upload, and the photos we generate. Standard server logs from our hosting provider — IP, user agent, request paths.
How long we keep it
Uploaded portraits auto-delete after 48 hours. Generated photos auto-delete after 7 days. Order email and metadata stay 12 months for receipts and refund support, then are purged.
What we don't do
Train AI models on your photos. Sell your data. Send marketing emails (you'll get one transactional email when your pack is ready, one before expiry, that's it).
Sub-processors
Photos are generated by Google Gemini, stored on Cloudflare R2, payments handled by Polar.sh, emails sent via Resend, the database lives on Turso (libSQL), hosting by Vercel.
Delete a request
Email support@kinblend.com with the order ID and we'll purge everything within 48 hours.
